Alejandro Fernández plants the Parliament to debate independence in Madrid

The leader of the Catalan PP, Alejandro Fernández, has skipped this Wednesday's control session with Salvador Illa's executive because he had to attend the inauguration of the CEU's summer university course in Madrid to address "the separatist threat" in a round table format, according to popular sources.
