Albares says that countries "reluctant" to make Catalan official in Europe are "changing rapidly"

Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares said this morning on TV3 that the "few countries" that are still "reluctant" to make Catalan official in the EU are moving and "rapidly changing" their view.
