Over the course of these fifteen years, Dr. Clotet's gala has evolved from raising funds solely for AIDS to focusing on the wide range of conditions that fall under the heading of infectious diseases. At press time, the final fundraising figure was not yet available, but the organizers have announced that it would exceed last year's total, which was €815,000.

This year's gala featured two exceptional sponsors: tennis player Àlex Corretja and model Martina Klein, who served as ambassadors for the gala alongside Andreu Buenafuente and Silvia Abril, who served as presenters for another year. But the celebration wasn't limited to the comic couple's entertaining talent; performances by singer Rufus Wainwright and Rigoberta Bandini were also on their feet, bringing a large portion of the audience to their feet.
