The soccer player and the singer owned three properties in Esplugues de Llobregat, three houses that are for sale and which they have been trying to get rid of for three years. Finally, they have managed to sell one of the three houses. According to the newspaper, Abc, Shakira and Piqué have closed the deal for over three million euros.
The three houses form a complex that Shakira and Piqué originally acquired with the intention of transforming it into a large, interconnected family complex where they lived with their children, Sasha and Milan, as well as the singer's parents and some of the service staff. However, the project was never completed due to the couple's breakup, so the house that was finally sold was never renovated to connect it to the rest of the houses and was able to be sold independently.
According to the 'AbcThe other two homes are still for sale at a price of €10.99 million. The double property consists of a constructed area of 715 square meters, divided into six bedrooms, five bathrooms, an indoor and outdoor pool, a wine cellar, a gym, a recording studio, a game room, and several terraces. The complex has a home automation system, a garden with automatic irrigation, and wheelchair access.
