Joan Manuel Serrat, great-grandfather twice over: the twins of Luna Serrat and the Real Madrid player Dani Ceballos are born
The singer's net has given birth to two girls whose names are not known

This Thursday Luna Serrat, granddaughter of the Noi del Poble-sec, and Real Madrid player Dani Ceballos announced the birth of their twins via Instagram. The couple shared a carousel of three black and white photographs on the social network in which the newborns can be seen. The images are accompanied by Alejandro Sanz's song La fuerza del corazón.
"The love we imagined fell short," says the couple in the carousel's caption. Both of their social media feeds have been filled with congratulations from friends and followers. Despite making a public announcement, the couple has wanted to preserve a degree of privacy and, for example, have decided not to reveal the names of their two daughters.
Serrat and Ceballos explained that they were expecting twins in March of this year. "We dreamed of it so much that it came double. 1+1=4," they said in the publication they made on Instagram, in which they both appear showing various ultrasounds. They accompanied the image with a song by Joan Manuel Serrat, De vez en cuando la vida. Since they made the news public, the parents have shared the evolution of the pregnancy through the social network. The last image they posted before the birth of the babies was on July 13, Ceballos's birthday. "Happy birthday, my love. The last two in this team," wrote Luna Serrat.
Luna Serrat is the daughter of Queco Serrat, a music producer born from the relationship between Joan Manuel Serrat and former model Mercè Domènech. The singer-songwriter has two more daughters, Maria Serrat and Candela Serrat, born from his marriage to Candela Tiffón. Serrat's granddaughter studied journalism and began working as a presenter alongside Javier Cárdenas. Despite these first steps in the world of communication, she has finally opted for acting and is trying to make her way as an actress, a profession she shares with her aunt, Candela Serrat.
