The many post-compulsory education pathways that La Salle offers you
La Salle schools are adding four new Basic Vocational Training qualifications, further balancing the Vocational Training and Baccalaureate offerings at the institution.
Apart from the 17 higher degrees – four of them also online – and the 10 intermediate degrees that it makes available to students, La Salle It offers the science and technology, humanities and social sciences, and arts tracks in 12 of its centers. This range also includes the International Baccalaureate, the Batxibac, and the Baccalaureate Dual education further increases the likelihood that each person will find their own educational path.
As the end of compulsory education approaches, most teenagers already have a clear idea of what profession they want to pursue. Others are still uncertain about their long-term goals. Fortunately, both groups have access to post-compulsory education, which at La Salle Catalunya is broad and diverse enough to help them resolve their doubts as they progress through their educational journey.
More titles and resources for vocational training
To begin with, young people have access to up to 17 advanced vocational training programs and 10 intermediate-level programs. They also have access to the Training and Integration Programs (PFI) for hospitality assistant (kitchen and restaurant services) and for retail assistant (customer service), which are offered through the Fundació Comtal. This year, this offering has been expanded with four additional programs in...FP Basic vocational training programs include office computing, offered at La Salle Barceloneta and La Salle Mollerussa; vehicle maintenance, at La Salle Barceloneta; and electricity and electronics, at La Salle Manlleu. These new subsidized programs strengthen the presence of basic vocational training at La Salle, offering new educational opportunities to young people and contributing to their academic and professional development.
