The Generalitat (Catalan government) installs a banner to promote Sant Jordi Day on Madrid's Gran Via.

Since midday, a large banner featuring this year's Sant Jordi celebration has been displayed on Madrid's Gran Vía. According to the Government, the objective of this promotional gesture is to strengthen the ties between Catalonia and the Spanish capital.
