Seoul says North Korea has sent more troops to Russia to fight Ukraine

South Korea's intelligence agency has reported that North Korea has sent more than 1,000 soldiers to help Russia. The soldiers were based in Kursk, near the Ukrainian border. Putin also received Ri Hi-yong, leader of the Pyongyang Workers' Party, in Moscow today.
