Nestlé promotes a new director of the Nutrition division

The executive president of Naturgy, Francisco Reynés, left the board of directors of Veolia Environnement on his own initiative, once the acquisition by CriteriaCaixa of 5 percent of the French multinational was announced and with the right to appoint a director, according to Europa Press.
Reynés, who since April 27, 2023 held a seat on the company's board in independent quality, has chosen to leave the position because the investment holding of the La Caixa Foundation can give full freedom to the person who will serve as a proprietary director, meaning that no one can adduir that Criteria has a board of directors, because the holding company of La Caixa is the first shareholder of Naturgy.
Juan Borrell takes over as head of Nutrition at Nestlé
Barcelona native Juan Borrell is the new director of Nutrition—the division that encompasses infant nutrition and instant cocoa—at Nestlé in Spain. Borrell began his career at the multinational food company more than two decades ago and has held various sales and marketing positions in both Spain and France, managing brands such as Nescafé.
In the division he will now lead, the executive had previously been responsible for marketing infant formulas and supplements and, later, as head of the healthcare professionals area, where he was in charge of the medical visit team and pharmacy sales. Among the notable projects he will carry out is a program to produce baby food with cereals grown "locally and using regenerative agriculture practices," Borrell explained in a statement.
Dagmar Kolmann leaves Coca-Cola Europacific Partners
In addition to Reynés, Dagmar Kolmann has made another departure. The Austrian executive will step down as a non-executive director of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) bottler, effective May 22, when the company's shareholders' meeting is held. Kolmann was appointed to the position in May 2019, is a member of the group's audit committee, and also chairs the affiliated transactions committee. As a result of her tenure, CCEP's nominations committee will review the composition of the board's committees.
In a statement, CCEP highlighted her extensive experience in commercial, financial, supervisory, and investor relations matters, as well as her role in the acquisition of the company's business in the Philippines.
Míriam Sánchez, from Mercadona to Grupo 365
The Catalan bakery company Grupo 365 has appointed Míriam Sánchez as its new Director of People and Talent. The executive, who graduated from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, joins the company from the Valencian supermarket chain Mercadona, where she was responsible for talent attraction and selection, according to Grupo 365.
T-Systems Iberia has a new vice president of people.

Madrid-based executive Juan Baixeras will lead the digital channels division of Mediaset España, a subsidiary of the Italian media company Mediaset, which owns television channels such as Telecinco and Cuatro, among others. The executive has "more than 25 years of experience in the digital industry" at companies such as Amazon and Planeta, according to a statement from the audiovisual multinational.
