Record home sales in February

Home sales transactions in Spain reached their highest level in February in 18 years, according to the INE (National Institute of Statistics and Census). A total of 59,682 transactions were closed in Spain (13.9% more than a year earlier), of which 14,428 were in Catalonia (16.9% more than in February 2024).
