More than 20 dead in attack on tourists in Kashmir

At least 24 people have died after a group of gunmen opened fire on a group of tourists in India's Kashmir region, according to the BBC. The attack took place in Pahalgam, a picturesque Himalayan village, and President Narendra Modi called it "terrorism."
