Israeli Border Police have killed a 22-year-old Palestinian in a covert operation in Tammun, in the northern West Bank. The force claims in a statement that he was a "terrorist." The Palestinian Ministry of Health has identified the deceased as Ahmed Qasem Suleiman Bani Odeh, 22.
