Saint Ursula is unique, which is why the human towers were born in Valls more than 200 years ago. This Sunday saw a memorable performance, which had surreal overtones throughout the day in Valls. Among the successes was the rounded performance by the Colla Vella de los Xiquets de Valls, with the 4 of 10 with a lining and handcuffs as a prop, and the first 2 of 9 without handcuffs in the history of the Colla Joves Xiquets de Valls. Among these human towers, human towers, and the public alike have been expectantly waiting for the arrival of a vitally important human tower from the Reds, coming from the competitive examinations that were held this Sunday in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Relentless script by the Vella

The Rosés completed a performance that followed, almost entirely, the initial plan. Thus, they opened with a 4 of 9 without a cover, which responded to the good results of their great executions this season. In the second round, the great challenge for the Portal Nou team arrived, in the form of a 4 of 10. On their second leg, they lifted the ball, although problems soon arose in the cuffs. With the introduction of twos, they managed to hold it in place, and after the wing, they defended it with a very rapid drop, allowing them to once again unload a castle of ten they'd had for eight years. The celebration was absolute among the Rosés and their fans.

In the third round, the scenario opened up: either returning to the 9 of 9 with a cover or bringing the 2 of 8 without a cover from the training ground. The option was the latter, and they presented a renewed clean 2 that showed good form. The climb wasn't perfect, and a slip by the enxaneta just before the fin left the structure badly damaged, although they were able to reach the top of the castle. However, the rosés, along with pde8fm, place this Santa Úrsula on the podium of the best performances in the history of human towers.

A new chapter in the history of Jóvenes

The Joves de Valls, on the other hand, endured a roller coaster ride throughout the four-hour performance. The start was scheduled for 4 out of 9 without a cover, but today they had to struggle from the start, lacking the great performances of other events. The lifter had doubts about going up, and this delayed an execution that they had to defend at all times. In the second round, they faced the goal the group had already set at the beginning of the season: 3 out of 10 with a cover and handcuffs, but it looked very weak in the arena. During the attempt, grallas sounded, and it quickly became clear that the handcuffs and quarters were in extreme positions, which would not allow them to work. This is how they got down before the sevenths entered.

The reds straightened out their performance with a 2 out of 9, which was also not easy, with a structure that was constantly twisted. Once again, the Gassó street group had several options, and the choice fell on removing the handcuffs from the two. However, among their troops, a member of the providential trunk was missing, and the group had to rely on a long-time casteller. Thus, the castle was built without the perfection required for an extremely difficult structure, and just as they were about to reach the top, it gave way.

Despite the disappointment, the group didn't give up, although the process was complicated. The Joves (Young Women) had to pass the rounds to gain time for the arrival of the absent casteller. After a dismounted leg, they returned, and the castle looked better in the face of a crowded square with shouts on both sides. Although the casteller's hands lacked the ideal height, the trunk was able to hold without undue suffering, and the enxaneta (female castler) was able to perform the flipper in a historic castle. The Reds thus became the second group to carry this castle, after the Castellers de Vilafranca. The euphoria spread to the Reds, unleashed by a performance and a season that will go down in history.

The Plaça del Blat, therefore, closed out a performance that will remain in the memory and spark debates about its development.

Extra range of the Minyons in Girona

The Terrassa Minyons continued their established path and this Sunday revalidated the 5 of 9 f and 2 of 9 fm in Girona, awaiting the 3 of 10 fm scheduled for November. Meanwhile, the Capgrossos achieved the double of 9-man towers, and the Marrecs de Salt dismantled the 5 of 8 twice and had the 7 of 8 as the best tower; their first of their season. The Castellers de la Vila de Gràcia also debuted this construction on Saturday in Tarragona.

Hazelnut Persistence

The Niños de Reus closed out the season this Saturday with their greatest success, completing the 3 of 9 points that had eluded them throughout the season.

Meanwhile, the Moixiganguers de Igualada revalidated the 4 of 9 points in a performance in which the Castellers de Vilafranca achieved the 9 of 8 as the main castle.

Successes in the Baix Llobregat

The Castellers de Castelldefels came out of the Baix Llobregat match in full swing, playing their first 4-of-8, adding a 2-of-7 to their memorable performance. Likewise, the Castellers de l'Adroc played their first 4-of-7, and the Castellers de Sant Feliu debuted their 4-of-7.
