CNMC fines Repsol €850,000 for the purchase of Petrocat

The National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) has imposed a €850,000 fine on Repsol Comercial de Productos Petrolíferos for failing to comply with two of the commitments that the company voluntarily submitted to the regulator for the authorisation to purchase of Catalan Petrocat in 2014.
