Cellnex appoints Xavier Pujol as general secretary

The Board of Directors of Cellnex Telecom has appointed Xavier Pujol as the new Secretary General and Secretary of the Board and has proposed the appointment of Luis Mañas as an independent at the general shareholders' meeting that the telecommunications tower operator will hold on May 9 in Madrid.
