The Workers' Commissions union has asked the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) to allow it to participate in the market test it has launched for BBVA's takeover bid for Sabadell. For its part, the UGT (General Union of Workers' Unions) has expressed its "deep displeasure" at being excluded.
