At least 28 killed, 79 injured in Lebanon fuel depot explosion

At least 28 people have been killed and 79 others injured in the explosion of a fuel tank early Sunday morning in the town of Talil in northern Lebanon, reports EFE. The victims include both civilians and military personnel.
