Aragonés does not regret having brought forward the elections

Former president Pere Aragonès has said he doesn't regret calling early elections because there was a "deadlock" that made governability unviable and because of the "stranglehold between the PSC and Junts" over the Hard Rock. "I didn't do it because of the drought, as has been said," he stated in an interview with SER Catalunya.
