New president of Life and Pensions at Caixa Engineers
Caixa Ingenieros Group has appointed Jordi Rivera as the new chairman of the board of directors of its company Caixa Ingenieros Vida y Pensiones. Rivera replaces Ferran Sicart Ortí as chairman, a position he held since 2021. Rivera, who has already been linked to the company for more than two years, has a degree in economics and a professional career of more than 35 years in the insurance sector. Javier Serra, an industrial engineer with an MBA in Business Administration and more than 30 years of experience as a director and consultant in different companies in the insurance sector, has joined the Vida y Pensiones board as a director.
On the other hand, the Caixa Ingenieros Group has also strengthened the board of directors of the company Caixa Ingenieros Gestión with the incorporation of Elena Yepes, a graduate of Esade in economic-financial management.
Jordi García Tabernero joins the board of the Círculo Ecuestre
Naturgy's Director General of Public Affairs and Sustainability and Vice President of the Naturgy Foundation, Jordi García Tabernero, has joined the governing board of Círculo Ecuestre. The Spanish employers' association CEOE has appointed the former head of the Royal Household, Jaime Alfonsín, as deputy advisor to President Antonio Garamendi, to coordinate its advisory board in the development of the strategic axes of the confederation, once his time as head of the Royal Household has ended. Alfonsín is a State lawyer and jurist; he has held highly relevant positions both in the public sector and in the legal area of banking companies or law firms and for 30 years he was the right-hand man of the King of Spain. Nokia hires Intel as new president and CEO
Nokia has appointed Intel AI chief Justin Hotard as its new president and CEO, following the resignation of Pekka Lundmark.
