A 62-year-old man drowned at the Ponent beach in Salou

A 62-year-old man died Saturday on the beach of Ponent in Salou when he fell into the water. The victim was unconscious and some bathers in the area tried to revive him without success until the arrival of an ambulance. It is the fifteenth death by drowning on the beach since June.
