This is how a contestant from 'The Great Date' found love

BarcelonaIn a new attempt to reach young audiences, 3Cat has premiered La gran cita, a new dating show presented by the Catalan influencer Dulceida. The first three episodes of the new entertainment format are already available on the platform, and have been very well received by the audience.

One of the protagonists of the first three episodes of La gran cita is Victor, who has been on the program El Suplement on Catalunya Ràdio to explain his experience as a contestant, along with his colleagues Paula and Xènia. He explained that he now has a different situation because he has a partner, and what she thinks of his participation in La gran cita.

The new program was a great personal challenge for Victor, he assures, and he explained that as a child he "missed many opportunities" because he didn't dare to confess his feelings. Until the moment came when he told himself: "Whenever you are afraid of doing something, just go for it". It is this impulse that pushed him to participate in La gran cita.

"Seeing so many emotions condensed from so many people, living it all at once, affected me a lot," says the contestant. "I am very happy to have been able to express myself as I am," assures Victor. Since the program aired, he confesses that he has received "quite a few" messages, but says that he is now "in a very different moment". Victor now has a partner: "she is a woman, her name is Ari, she is from Vilafranca and she is a lovely person". Victor confesses that his current partner finds his participation in the program "controversial".

The new format of public television consists of eight episodes. This Tuesday, April 28, the next three episodes are released, and the last two on May 5.
