Hazte Oír's complaint against David Broncano and Lalachus for the religious image prank during the bell chimes has been filed.

The judge considered that there was no derision of religious feelings and ordered the closure of the judicial file without continuing the criminal proceedings.

During the program of the bells, the presenter commented that she always carried "her holy card of the heifer of the Grand Prix"And he will affirm that she was "the millionaire of the world", while Broncano applauded and laughed.

Hazte Oír will consider these images as a mockery against Christian religious sentiments. The association will base its argument on article 525 of the Penal Code, which establishes that those who make public mockery of dogmes, beliefs or religious rituals The purpose of offending the feelings of the believers may face a fine. In response to the complaint, the ultra-conservative entity will criticize that the program was highly scripted and that, therefore, the president of RTVE, José Pablo López Sánchez, was also not responsible at all, the court has concluded that the intention of the complainants was not. It offended religious sentiments and that the gag presented was part of a humorous spectacle.

Hazte Oír is linked to the extreme right and ultra-Catholicism, is against abortion and has promoted several smear campaigns against the LGBT community and feminist movements.
