The episode that closed the season, however, was disappointing, as if events had been rushed in a forced manner. In recent months, the storylines have been agonizing and some have been dragged out longer than they should have. We are fed up with solar panels, Sílvia and Francesc's couple crisis could no longer go on, Manel and Carla's divorce has been worse than Shakira's, and we hope that, upon returning from vacation, Toni's back pain will have subsided.
The most beautiful part of the last chapter was the unexpected arrival of Anna, Sílvia's daughter. Especially because it had something symbolic about it: the return (even if exceptional) of actress Àngela Cervantes to the series after a wonderful professional career since she left.
However, the custody battle for Nico was resolved with a nonsensical twist from Gemma, inexplicably turned into an evil grandmother.
