Barcelona City Council is promoting a plan to boost the fashion industry.

"We want to associate fashion with Barcelona," said Barcelona City Councilor for Culture Xavier Marcé this morning. Barcelona City Council has presented its new strategic plan to promote fashion as a "creative, sustainable, and innovative" driver of the city.
