Towns will be able to apply for subsidies to offer free Catalan courses.

Language Policy continues to roll out its emergency plan to expand the Catalan language offering, now in municipalities with fewer than 17,500 inhabitants. A grant program is being launched so that town councils, county councils, and neighborhood organizations can organize free Catalan courses starting in September.
