Police kill a man who had stabbed several people on the New York subway

New York City police shot and killed a man on Saturday who had stabbed at least three people at the Grand Central subway station, according to authorities. The attacker, armed with a machete, ignored orders from officers, who then opened fire on him, Mayor Zohran Mamdani said.
