The government shutdown is causing flight delays and cancellations at major US airports

The United States saw a 10% reduction in air traffic at 40 of the country's major airports on Friday due to the government shutdown. Early Friday morning, the FlightAware website reported that 815 flights had been canceled, 600 more than were suspended throughout the day on Thursday.
