The European Union admits that Netanyahu is blocking humanitarian aid to Gaza but avoids sanctioning him.

The European Union foreign ministers meeting on Tuesday avoided punishing Israel, although Crisis Management Commissioner Hadja Lahbib asserted that the agreement signed last week between Brussels and Israel to guarantee the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza is not being fulfilled.
