Russia and China support Venezuela in the face of US attacks

Both Russia and China expressed their support for Venezuela on Monday in response to the US military deployment in the Pacific and Caribbean. Moscow offered its full cooperation in Caracas, while China described the seizure of several oil tankers as an arbitrary confiscation.
