Man arrested in New York for throwing an explosive at an ICE and FBI building

The FBI arrested a man in New York on Monday after he threw a homemade explosive device at a building housing various federal agencies in the city, including the ICE and the FBI itself, according to ABC News. Two people – a worker and a civilian – were injured.
