London sanctions giant PJSC Transneft, which transports 80% of Russian oil

Coinciding with the fourth anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine, the British government has announced a new package of sanctions against Russia, with 300 new measures putting pressure on PJSC Transneft, the giant that transports 80% of Russian oil, and on the shadow fleet, sanctioning 175 companies and 48 individuals.
