Eurostar delays and cancellations from Tuesday

Eurostar passengers are experiencing a second day of severe delays today after two deaths on the tracks and the theft of 600 meters of copper cable near Lille. The high-speed train operator has recommended canceling or postponing journeys between London, Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam.
