Borrell accuses Russia of "war crimes" over Ukraine grain blockade

"You cannot use hunger as a war weapon", said the EU's High Representative for Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell. He referred to Russia, that since the beginning of its invasion of Ukraine keeps blocking grain exports through the Black Sea, a blockade that Borrell described as a "war crime".
