Agreement between the EU and China: they open the door to halving Chinese exports of hybrid cars

The talks between Brussels and Beijing to limit sales of Chinese vehicles in Europe have ended with an agreement, but with few details. Both parties have agreed to open a path to reduce these exports by "more than half".
