The Supreme confirms the fine of 13.5 million to Indra for participating in a cartel to share public contracts

The Supreme Court has confirmed the fine of 13.5 million to Indra that the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) imposed on it for having participated in a cartel in which public tenders for technological services were shared and altered for ten years.
