The member states endorse financing with European funds the modernization of the fishing fleet

The Twenty-seven have endorsed that community aid from the next community budget be used to finance the modernization of the fishing fleet. The Fisheries ministers of the European Union agreed this Tuesday on the position of the EU Council, which will now have to be negotiated in the European Parliament.
