The Generalitat has rented a building of more than 6,000 square meters in Barcelona's 22@ district to deploy the Catalan Tax Agency (ATC). The use of the space, owned by Dapire Investments SL, is tied to a nine-year contract – extendable by three – with a monthly cost of around 120,000 euros.
