The CNMC fines Enet Energy one million euros for attempting to manipulate the gas market

The Spanish Competition Authority has fined Enet Energy one million euros for attempting to manipulate the Iberian gas market in 2023. According to the regulator, the company introduced misleading indications about the wholesale price of an energy product, which constitutes market manipulation.
