Partners endorse Caixa Ingenieros' record results in 2024

BarcelonaThe Caixa Enginyers group's shareholders' meeting on Tuesday endorsed the record results achieved last year. The credit, financial services, and insurance cooperative achieved a turnover of €8.581 billion and a net profit of €24 million, a 22.3% increase over the previous year. The meeting approved a 5% share capital contribution and a proposed increase in the Education and Promotion Fund to €1.7 million, a 28% increase over 2023. In a year of record results, the group achieved a recommendation rate of 50.1% according to the NPS (Net Promoter Score), well above the industry average of -13.7%. During 2024, the Caixa Enginyers group continued to focus on its transformation in line with the Transforma 2026 Strategic Plan, which seeks to make the entity "a benchmark in cooperative banking, based on member experience, commercial efficiency, face-to-face and digital attention, an advisor model."

Among the notable initiatives of 2024, and with the aim of continuing to invest in a model of close relationships, is the launch of the new #CEApropa service, a mobile banking office that brings services to more than 237,000 people in 313 Catalan municipalities that do not have branches.
