Commando, founded in 2017 in Mexico, has been present in Madrid for nine months, where it already has two centers and six studios, and in total has 24 studios and 66 active studios worldwide. Now, with the acquisition of Lapso, it is expanding into Barcelona and reinforcing its aggressive national expansion plan. Commando also has the support of ACON Investments, LLC, an American private equity firm based in Washington. However, the companies have not disclosed the purchase price.
