Mancha acquires 100% of the Spanish company GS Inima for €1 billion.

Taqa, the company that unsuccessfully attempted to acquire Naturgy's capital, has agreed with South Korea's GS Engineering & Construction to acquire 100% of the Spanish company GS Inima, a water treatment and desalination company. The transaction is valued at more than €1 billion.
