Italy's competition authority investigates Volotea for a surcharge on already purchased tickets

The Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) has opened an investigation against the airline Volotea for alleged unfair commercial practices. The reason is the surcharge of up to 14 euros that it applies to tickets already booked when the price of fuel rises.
