On April 10, the Ministry of Labor published an order in the Official State Gazette (BOE) confirming Pimec's legitimacy to form part of the National Advisory Committee on Collective Bargaining Agreements as the most representative organization at the regional level. As a result, the members of CEOE and Cepyme have been dismissed. These two organizations have challenged the decision in the National Court..

In the April order, the ministry gave the three business organizations—CEOE, Cepyme, and Pimec—a 10-day deadline to notify the Directorate General of Labor of the "unanimous agreement" on the distribution of the six positions in the group of business entities. Five were held by the CEOE and one by Cepyme.
