Foment brands as "intolerable" that the State executes "only" 8.6% of investments in Catalonia

The Catalan employers' association Foment del Treball has railed against the Spanish government over the state investment Catalunya receives, "only" 8.6%. The entity has described the resources allocated by the State to Catalunya as "intolerable and inadmissible," and has accused it of "strangling the Catalan economy."
