Declare the dismissal of a supermarket worker who consumed 3 coffees withdrawn from sale unjustified

The High Court of Justice of the Basque Country (TSJPV) has declared the dismissal of a supermarket worker in Vitoria improper, who had consumed three express coffees worth 0.99 euros each, which had been withdrawn from sale due to a broken cold chain.
