Criteria distributes a dividend of 140 million to the La Caixa Foundation
The contribution is added to the previous ones and now totals 360 million allocated to social work.
BarcelonaCriteria will distribute €140 million in dividends to its sole shareholder, the La Caixa Foundation. This dividend, which will be paid over the next two months, is in addition to the dividends paid so far this year. In total, it will have distributed €360 million.

The holding company controlled by La Caixa – both entities are chaired by Isidre Fainé – has the largest portfolio of business investments in Spain and the dividends it receives feed La Caixa's social work. €500 million annually to social action and has progressively increased this figure since 2017.
