Catalan company Colonial earned €55 million through March, 16% more than last year.

The Catalan listed REIT Colonial closed the first quarter of this year with a net profit of €55 million, a 16% increase, after receiving rental income worth €97 million, a 4% increase over the previous year, the company reported in a statement on Thursday.
