The space will be located within a building on Pere IV Street, in the 22@ district of the Catalan capital, which belongs to the real estate giant Patrizia, with whom Aticco has reached an agreement. The consulting firm CBRE has advised on the operation, which will allow Aticco to have a total of 15 spaces between Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia.
The opening of the new space will coincide with the tenth anniversary of this company, founded in 2016 by Gabriel Espín, Juan Carlos Morales and Franz Pallerés.
