Banc Sabadell will pay an extraordinary dividend of 50 euro cents per share once the sale of its British subsidiary TSB is finalized for 2,863 million pounds sterling (approximately 3,300 million euros). The payment to shareholders will be formalized on May 29, as announced by the entity.
