Asabys Innvierte Tech Transfer FCRE is managed by a team of seven professionals, including three co-equal partners: Emilio Erazo-Fischer, Montserrat Vendrell, and a third partner. The fund will be supported by the rest of the Asabys team, which currently numbers 18 people and is expected to reach 20 before summer. Asabys Partners has nearly 400 million in assets under management and 23 participations, and since its creation in 2018 has worked closely with universities, hospitals, and research centers.

Emilio Erazo-Fischer, who will be based in Madrid, tells ARA that the objective of the new fund is "to work very closely with scientists and research groups to help shape their projects." Having Erazo-Fischer in Madrid also allows Asabys geographic expansion, while also enabling them to seek out companies throughout the State to invest in. Furthermore, the fund also aims to bring together different research centers working on specific topics separately so that they collaborate with each other.
